Avoid Overpaying and Ticket Scams Ticket scams and misleading resale websites have become increasingly common across the live entertainment industry. Not only are they misleading, the tickets "sold" are often speculative and significantly more expensive. We also have no way of contacting you if there is a cancellation, rescheduling or other issue with the show if you didn’t buy your tickets directly from us. Protect yourself and ensure your tickets are valid by purchasing directly from shuct.org and our vendors, Accesso Showare and Veezi

Buying tickets to see your favorite artists at the Theatre should be exciting—not stressful!

For clarity, the SHU Community Theatre assumes zero liability for any tickets purchased through third party sites and holds no responsibility for any form of refund or reimbursement. If you are seeking a refund for any tickets purchased through a third party, please contact your original point of purchase or your bank/ credit card company. We can provide confirmation of a show’s status if need be for a bank or credit card company to issue compensation.

  • Wheelchair and companion seating is available to patrons who need them and are not intended for the general public; however, if the orchestra section is otherwise sold out, patrons may purchase the wheelchair and companion seats.
