Home Alone (1990)

Eight-year-old Kevin McCallister is accidentally left behind when his large family leaves for Christmas vacation. At first, Kevin enjoys having the entire house to himself, free from the rules and chaos of his siblings. But his excitement turns to alarm when he discovers that two burglars, Harry and Marv, are planning to rob his neighborhood. With his family hundreds of miles away, Kevin takes matters into his own hands, turning his house into a maze of clever traps designed to stop the criminals.
