ALIEN (1979)

In Space, No One Can Hear You Scream. Hold on to your stomachs for this Ridley Scott-directed terror that launched the career of Sigourney Weaver. When crew members from the commercial spaceship Nostromo discover a chamber containing thousands of eggs on a distant planet, a creature inside one of the eggs attacks an explorer. The entire crew (played by Weaver, Tom Skerritt, John Hurt, Harry Dean Stanton, Ian Holm, Veronia Cartwright and Yaphet Kotto) is unaware of the impending nightmare set to descend upon them when the alien parasite planted inside its unfortunate host is birthed.
